1. Stenter Application:

Stenter machine is electrical machines used in textile industry for stretching or stentering thin fabrics such as muslin. Stenter electrical machines are called as stenter hook. In stenter open compactor fabrics enter. Here Cotton fabric shrinks widthwise & weft are distorted due to bleeching & dyeing process.

2. Stenter features:

A. Low tension designs for fabric entry.
Chains transporting by individual servo-motor driven system,high precision and easy to maintenance.
Air jet nozzle by air cushion type designs, optimal air dynamic designs,to highlight the fabric quality and handles.
B. Exhaust blower combined with Inverter control,ensure the energy been utilized economically.

C. By virtue of advanced PLC + HMI touch screen interface designs, simple and easy to operate.

D.Transporting system by servo-motor driven.

E. Machine will be finished with red oxide putty & primmer paint and finally with 3 coats of industrial paint. Optionally finished with powder coating process.
