1. Description:

Used for preventing distortion, obtaining dimensional reliability, wrinkle resistance and temperature resistance, stenters are the heart of textile finishing.

Open width entry --- Infrared center device ------ Padder --- Tension applicator --- Weft straightner ---- Expanding roller ---- Lower overfeeding screw expending ---Upper overfeeding --- Edge detecting & uncurler device --- Pinning-on ---- Steam Moisture & edge gumming device --- Chambers for heat setting ---Air cooling --- Pinning-off ---- Edge cutting & suction device ---- End section --- Plaiting.

2. Main Features

1) Chain independent AC motor variable frequency speed control drive.

2) Each screw rod adjusted by individual motor.

3) Double filters equipped in the chambers, the upper one can be take out for maintenance, the lower one is fix to resist the dust.

4) Rail is horizontal type, both non-lubricated & lubricated are for optional.
