Customised PET, PA. PP polyester staple fiber spinning production line

Process flow:
The complete set of equipment is made of polyester bottle sheet, which is sent to the spinning box for spinning through melting, filtering and measuring, and then cooled by blowing air to form undrawn fiber, which is then fed into the holding barrel through oil loading, cluster, traction and feeding. After the silk strips are balanced, they are sent to the processing procedure.
The plant pconsists of the main production unit, auxiliary production unit and public works unit, mainly including the following parts:
1.1 Main production unit of foretextile: mainly composed of drying system, screw extruder, filter, spinning insulation box, heat medium circulation system, metering pump, metering pump transmission device, spinning assembly, ring blowing device, winding machine, traction feeding and spinning barrel toward duplicating machine, etc.
1.2 Auxiliary production unit: component decomposition, cleaning, assembly and preheating; Spinneret inspection and sand preparation; Oil preparation; Air conditioning and ventilation; Physical examination and testing.
1.3 Utility installations: substation, water supply system, air pressure system and other comprehensive facilities.
